This is a peaceful area of the park with sightseeing spots that should not be missed, including the Marumadotei Pavilion, which is designated as an important cultural property, Kataoka Bairin plum tree grove, and Ukimido Pavilion elegantly reflected on the surface of Sagiike Pond.

    Marumadotei Pavilion, an important cultural property, is known for its round windows. Originally the ancient sutra repository of Kasugataisha Shrine, the pavilion was renovated and relocated to its current site.
